No, if you are just going to miss one (1) of the sessions, the instructor will work with you to study the curriculum and continue with the course. Please let us know in advance, if possible, so we can give the instructor a heads up.

If you are signed up for an OCI offering we will call and send you an email for notification if a class is canceled for any reason.

Occasionally, PETLC cancels scheduled classes due to an insufficient number of registered students, an unexpected change in the availability of an instructor, or other reasons. Upon cancellation, the individual who placed the registration will be notified immediately via email and a phone call. At your discretion, we can either attempt to reschedule you for a class at a later date or cancel your registration. If PETLC has already collected funds for the canceled class, you may choose to have these dollars refunded or applied to another class. All students will automatically be placed on a waiting list upon the course cancellation. This ensures that each student will be notified the next three times that the canceled course is on the schedule.

If a class is canceled due to inclement weather, please call (314) 935-4444 and a recording will announce the status of the classes.

If you are interested in a specific offering and wish to know when more are scheduled, then please head to that offerings page under the Course Catalog and subscribe to the form on that page. Each course has it's own subscription form so if you are interested in more than one offering, please subscribe from each offerings page. That way we can let you know when your desired offerings are available again, instead of bothering you every time a new offering is made available.

For class at the OCI Training Facility, parking is free in the lot – no parking pass needed – please do not park in the garage as that is reserved parking.

For PETLC classes, students can park in the yellow parking spots in either the Millbrook Garage off of Throop Drive or the Danforth parking lot off of Hoyt Drive. To reach the facility, come in the south entrance of the Lopata Hall building, and take the elevator to the fifth floor. If you need another parking permit, please contact us at profedtraining@wustl.edu or (314) 935-4444, or stop-by PETLC administrative offices during business hours.
